The main convention space houses the most tables with the greatest foot traffic.

SIDE HALL 8' TABLE

$50/TABLE

The side hallway is located left of the main entrance to the building.

DEALER’S ROOM POLICY

Any participating dealer acknowledges that they have both read and agreed to the terms listed below.

AVAILABILITY

All table slots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Existing vendors are given first refusal for upcoming shows, but are subject to time constraints.

PAYMENT

All interested vendors must confirm their table reservation(s) prior to issuing payment. Once confirmed, vendors will receive a payment request. All tables must be paid for in advance via check or cash in full prior to the show. Failure to pay on time will result in the forfeit of your vendor space. If any last-minute slots become available, payment is due upon arrival at the venue. All checks must have the address and phone number displayed. Contact a staff member for table availability. Existing vendors will also be offered an opportunity to register for upcoming shows at events. In this case, payment is due upon registration.

RATES

Rates for tables are subject to change without notice and older rates will not be honored unless otherwise specified. Recurring dealers may receive special table rates. Refer to this page for current rates or contact a staff member for any questions.

SET UP Times

Vendors may arrive up to 2 hours prior to the start of the show to set up their space.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend and have already paid for your vendor space(s), you must give the show admin at least 3-days notice to receive a refund. If a 3-day notice is not given, vendors are only eligible for credit toward an upcoming show.

PARKING

Vendors may park in the front of the building during setup and takedown times but must move their vehicles to the adjacent lot prior to the start of any show.

Inventory

All inventory must be genuine material. Counterfeit or bootleg merchandise is not permitted. Any reproduction items must be clearly indicated as such. Firearms and edged weapons are not permitted for sale. Vendors who violate this policy may be removed from the venue. All vendors assume full liability and responsibility for all items within their inventory.

BOOTH/TABLE SPACES

Vendors must respect the space of other vendors and not intrude upon or occupy space that is not theirs for that day. It is permitted for vendors to create an alternative setup such as a booth, but all setups must comply with the showrunner’s safety standards. Vendors may be asked to alter their set up or remove items for safety purposes. Under no circumstance may aisles or exits be blocked. Under no circumstances may tables be moved without the permission of the staff. Vendors who violate this policy may be removed from the venue.

CONDUCT

Vendors who participate in our show agree to be honest and forthcoming regarding the authenticity and condition of their items. Vendors agree to maintain professionalism and courtesy towards our visitors and toward other vendors. Any vendor who commits theft of another vendor’s items will be prosecuted and banned from our show. Furthermore, vendors also agree to use language and behavior that is representative of a family-friendly experience. Customer complaints to the show’s staff regarding any of the above shall be taken into consideration for any future vendor opportunities.

ILLINOIS POLICY

Vendors who participate in our show agree to submit an Illinois Department of Revenue Special Event Tax Coupon. Vendors also agree that they are solely responsible for submitting said document on their own behalf by the deadline stated on said document.
