The main convention space houses the most tables with the greatest foot traffic.

The side hallway is located left of the main entrance to the building.

 

NIGHT SHOW 8' TABLE

Tables are discounted for our night time shows with typical show hours being 4pm-9pm. See our show schedule to verify current show times and dates.

 

Dealer’s Room Policy

PAYMENT

All interested vendors must confirm table availability prior to issuing payment. Once an open slot has been confirmed, vendors will receive a payment request. All tables must be paid for in advance via check or cash in full prior to the show. Failure to pay on time will result in the forfeit of your vendor space. If any last minute slots become available, payment is due upon arrival to the venue. All checks must have the address and phone number displayed. Contact a staff member for table availability.

RATES

Rates for tables are subject to change without notice and older rates will not be honored unless otherwise specified. Refer to this page for current rates or contact a staff member for any questions.

SETUP Times

Vendors may arrive up to 2 hours prior to the start of the show to setup their space.

PARKING

Vendors may park in the front of the building during setup and takedown times, but must move their vehicles to the adjacent lot prior to the start of any show.

Inventory

All inventory must be genuine material. Counterfeit or bootleg merchandise is not permitted. Any reproduction items must be clearly indicated as such. Firearms and edged weapons are not permitted for sale. Vendors who violate this policy may be removed from the venue. All vendor’s assume full liability and responsibility for all items within their inventory.

BOOTH/TABLE SPACES

Vendors must respect the space of other vendors and not intrude upon or occupy space that is not theirs for that day. It is permitted for vendors to create an alternative setup such as a booth, but all setups must comply with the show runner’s safety standards. Vendors may be asked to alter their setup or remove items for safety purposes. Under no circumstance may aisles or exits be blocked. Under no circumstances may tables be moved without the permission of the staff. Vendors who violate this policy may be removed from the venue.

CONDUCT

Vendors who participate in our show agree to be honest and forthcoming regarding the authenticity and condition of their items. Vendors agree to maintain professionalism and courtesy towards our visitors and towards other vendors. Any vendor who commits theft of another vendor’s items will be prosecuted and banned from our show.
